Welcome to Peerteach , a marketplace operated by Hermes Unlimited (“Peerteach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peerteach platform, including its website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). Peerteach provides a digital marketplace that connects parents or guardians (“Parents”) seeking tutoring services for their children with independent tutors (“Tutors”). Tutors on the Platform are not employees or agents of Peerteach but are independent contractors who offer their services directly to Parents. Peerteach facilitates the connection but does not provide tutoring services itself.
